Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TerraForge Equipment collects when you visit this store or place an order, why we collect it, and who else sees it.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. We need these to take payment, ship your machine and contact you about the order.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own form and never reach our servers. We store only the amount, currency, and Stripe's reference for the payment.
• Usage data — pages viewed, the site that referred you, and a randomly generated session id. This is aggregated to count visitors and measure how many complete a purchase. We do not store IP addresses.

Advertising and analytics

We use advertising and analytics tools that set cookies or similar identifiers to measure which ads lead to purchases. Depending on configuration these may include Whop, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google. They may combine what they collect here with data they already hold about you. You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings or each provider's own controls.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: Stripe for payment processing, and the shipping and freight carriers who deliver your machine. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. Aggregated visit counts are kept for up to 400 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Email support@irelou.com and we will respond within 30 days.
