Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Freight delivery

This equipment ships by freight (LTL) because of its weight. The carrier calls you to arrange a delivery window, so please give a phone number you answer. Standard freight is kerbside: the driver brings the pallet to the end of your driveway, not into a building. You are responsible for moving it from there, so arrange help or equipment in advance.

Tracking

You receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status any time on our Track Order page using your email address and order number.

On delivery

Inspect the pallet before you sign. If anything is damaged, note it on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it before the driver leaves — this is what allows a freight claim to succeed. Then contact us within 48 hours.

Addresses

We ship to the address given at checkout. Please check it carefully: once a freight shipment is in transit, redirecting it incurs a carrier fee. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs and remote delivery areas can add time. If your order is running late, email support@irelou.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
