These terms apply to every order placed with TerraForge Equipment through this store. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may decline an order — and will refund you in full — if the item is unavailable, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or delivery address.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the item only; shipping is shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Equipment is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover normal wear, consumable parts, damage from misuse, modification, improper maintenance, or use outside the manufacturer's stated specifications.

Safety

This equipment is powered machinery intended for operators familiar with its safe use. Read the manufacturer's manual before operating, use the specified protective equipment, and ensure your tractor or power source meets the stated requirements. You are responsible for safe operation and for compliance with local regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or downtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
